StartFragmentNotts County are deeply saddened to have learned of the passing of Olga Wheeler. Olga, 97, was the widow of Jack Wheeler, the club's physio-coach for 26 years between 1957 and 1983. During Jack's many years as a Meadow Lane stalwart, he and Olga made their home in the Nottingham suburb of Wollaton. After Jack's death in 2009, Olga moved to be nearer to her son and daughter, John and Lynn, and although still enjoying good health felt herself to be too frail to attend the unveiling of the Jack Wheeler - Jimmy Sirrel statue when John represented the family.
