We are saddened to hear that Glenn Roeder has passed away after a long illness aged 65, Glenn arrived at Notts on loan in November 1983 from QPR and played 4 league games for Notts. We are saddened to learn that Les Stancer our oldest former player passed away last night, Les was born on the 19/04/1925. Les played for Notts County during the Second World War, mainly friendlies plus one FA Cup appearance in the Autumn of 1945.
